Fill out the below form to join Club 401. A membership card will be ready for you on your next visit!
CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
1. To become a member the customer must complete and submit the online member registration form, or a physical member registration form.
2. Members are entitled to 1 point per $1 spent at Cabin 401 Bar & Grill. 100 points can be redeemed for $5 credit. Members also receive a birthday gift, and will be notified of any offers via email.
3. All members will be placed on our mailing list and kept informed of new items, special offers and ‘members only’ events.
4. The ‘Club 401’ card may only be used by the person the card has been issued to. Staff may refuse to honour the discount if the holder does not match our records.
5. Cabin 401 reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
6. Further conditions may be added at any time. We will notify all members should this arise.
7. Should any photos or video be taken in the restaurant while you are present, you agree that these may be used in any promotional manner that Cabin 401 requires. If you see a photo or video that has you in it and you would like us to remove it, please contact us. Where possible we will ask for your express permission before using such materials, but this may not always be possible.
CLUB 401 BIRTHDAY OFFER
1. The member birthday offer is sent via email a month prior to the member's birthday. Unsubscribed members will not receive the birthday offer, or be eligible for it.
2. The offer entitles the subscribed member to one of the following four items, when making a booking for two or more during the month of their birthday:
a) 12 wings.
b) a traditional Poutine.
c) a bottle of house sparkling wine.
d) a jug of beer.
3. Upon selecting an item, the member will receive a personalised email which must be presented at the time of booking.
3. Beer selection excludes limited releases and beer served in goblets.
4. Sparkling wine limited to house variety only.
5. Valid only for the month of member's birthday.
6. Limited to one (1) redemption per member per year.
